The tomb of Shah Niamat Ullah

There is a tomb of Shah Niamatullah at Firozpur in Shibganj upazila of Chapainawabganj district. Shah Niamatullah was a religion practitioner and a religious figure. You can see this mansion near Shah Niamatullah Mosque, about 600 meters from the small gold mosque. This mausoleum built by bricks and has 1 dome. It is square in the land plan. The original tomb is in the middle of the building. To enter this room there is an entrance path on the south side. There are total 12 entrance paths in the north, south and east of the tomb. There are 4 octagonal towers in the 4th corner of the tomb. You will see small dome again in the towers. Shah Niamatullah came from Gaur in Uttar Pradesh and started preaching and living here. It was buried here in 1664 when he died. Shah Niamatullah was the spiritual teacher of Shah Shuja, son of Shah Jahan. The old monastery built in the seventeenth century.
